The actuator for the solenoid valves can be an electrical joystick or a potentiometer. The device is able to work in 12 VDC and in 24 VDC systems. The adaption is done automatically. Maximum output current is limited to 1000 mA (24 VDC) or 2000 mA (12 VDC). An individual maximum current limitation for both solenoids can be programmed independently. The programming of the joystick connected to the controller is done by teach-in. 000.310.004.9 description Part Nr. schematic datasheet WESSEL Ventilcontroller WESSEL Tool Control The electronics is mainly used for the operation of two electrical-proportional solenoid valves.  With this control different operating conditions for hydraulic tools in a hydraulic circuit could  be realized. The maximum operating current for both solenoid valves could be programmed  independently in ten different operational conditions by a service  technician. The user can preset the required operational condition for  the currently used hydraulic tool and switch the tool ON / OFF with  the box. In addition to that two seperately programmable  switching ports are available. These ports could be assigned  individually to each of the ten operating conditions.  The electronics may only be programmed if a programming  adaptor is  mounted between cable and control port. It is mainly used if attachment tools are changed  frequently on the construction machine and the hydraulic data and  functions on the individual tools have to be adapted each time. The service technician programs the WESSEL Tool Control plus  according to the data and desired functions of the individually  used attachment tool.
